Kathy is a 1992 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, and obtained a Master's degree in Healthcare Management in 1996 from Marshall University. She became licensed as an OTR with the WV Board of Occupational Therapy in March, 1993, and was appointed to the Board in September 2006, as an OTR representative. She has held the position of Chairperson of the Board since that time. Kathy is a member of the WV Occupational Therapy Association.
Kathy currently works in Early Intervention for the State of WV and does some part time contract work with the Medicaid Waiver program. She lives in Princeton, WV, with her husband, Mike, and their four children.
